Apostle Dr David Carter and Prophetess Dr Marguerite Carter are humble disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ. They are vessels chosen by our Heavenly Father and ordained by Jesus, the Good Shepherd, having also received the anointing of The Holy Spirit.
Apostle Dr David D Carter, Pastor
David is a born again believer and filled with the Holy Spirit and he has twenty-two years of ministry experience. David was born in Newark, NJ and raised in Havelock, NC. Upon graduation from Havelock High School, David attended Elizabeth City State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. David obtained a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Mason University. David earned a Masters and a Doctorate of Divinity Degree through Breakthrough Bible College.
David is the founder and CEO of Apostolic Word Of God Church and Apostolic Development Corporation. He is also the founder of the Epistles Christ Newsletter Ministry, editor and sponsor of two books. David’s public service includes: U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Department of Commerce, Department of Housing and Urban Development, USN Military Sealift Command, Defense Contract Audit Agency, and US Air Force.
Prophetess Dr. Marguerite M Carter, Pastor
Marguerite is a born again believer and filled with the Holy Spirit and she has twenty-two years of ministry experience. Marguerite was born in Sampson County, NC and raised in Tomahawk, NC. Marguerite is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Intermediate Education, and a graduate of University of Southern Mississippi with a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Marguerite holds Endorsements in Administration, Middle School, Learning Disabilities and Mental Retardation. Marguerite earned a Doctorate of Biblical Counseling Degree through Breakthrough Bible College. Marguerite has twenty four years of ministry experience.
Marguerite is the co-founder of Apostolic Word Of God Church and co-founder Apostolic Development Corporation. She is also the co-founder of the Epistles Christ Newsletter Ministry, editor and sponsor of two books. Marguerite’s teaching public service includes: Arlington Public Schools, VA, Arlington Independent School District, TX, and Biloxi Independent School District, MS.
